Description
Road crush (¾ inch or 20mm) is a blend of fractured rock and sand designed to create a strong, compactable base. When installed and compacted while slightly damp, it forms a dense, stable surface that resists movement, supports heavy loads, and allows for effective drainage.
This material is widely used as a base or leveling layer for driveways, parking pads, pathways, patios, and shed foundations. It is commonly placed beneath paving stones, artificial turf, and retaining walls to provide long-lasting structural support. Suitable for both residential and commercial applications, road crush is also used in road construction and parking areas, as well as for filling, grading, and forming reliable load-bearing surfaces.
