Description
75–150mm (approximately 3–6 inches) limestone is a large, durable, angular, and cost-effective aggregate commonly used for heavy-duty landscaping, erosion control, and structural drainage. It is ideal for large-scale feature walls, decorative landscaping, rustic garden borders, and as a stable base for sheds or driveways.
This limestone works well as decorative ground cover, high-contrast edging, or to create focal points in gardens. It is suitable for building gabions, serving as rip rap to prevent soil erosion, or providing clean, free-draining material for French drains, soak ways, and other drainage solutions. It also functions as a structural, load-bearing sub-base for sheds, driveways, and industrial units, and is often used in the construction of pond less waterfalls and surrounding water features.
Although often called washed, these rocks usually retain dust from crushing, quarrying, and transport. They can be washed before or after installation or left in place to be naturally cleaned by rainfall over time.
